1 Fire paint trolley for hanging on a cradle.
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a device for handling fire extinguishers in home environments, offices, wardrobes, hospitals, etc.
Technical point of view The Swedish standard for hand fire paints is a common European standard. A-slacker can be used in normal residential and office environments and production and warehouse premises in industry. A-slacker contains water, foam or powder. B-slack agents are used in environments where flammable goods are handled, such as car repair shops, petrol stations, paint stores, laboratories and boiler plants. B-slackers contain foam, powder or carbon dioxide. C-slacker contains powder and is used in environments where there is a risk of gas fire, for example in boiler plants with natural gas and industry with gas handling. The powder and foam paints are the best all-round paints. The powder coatings are dangerous as they are relatively easy to use even with an above user. They have a lot of slack efficiency per kg of slack agent and the Powder Slacker is relatively maintenance-free. Foam varnish requires regular recharging. The slacker must be certified.
Hand fire varnish is a first-hand fire protection and its effectiveness depends on the operation being carried out at an early stage of the fire incident. It is therefore important that slacker is easily accessible, that the user can easily find slacker and that he has knowledge of how to use it. At least one slacker must be placed on each level of watering. Normally, slackers should be placed near the entrance / exit door, then there is always an evacuation guard available. Slacker should be placed in a selected place and normally hung on a wall with an eye hanger. In other places, the slacker can be mounted with special vehicle or ship racks. The slacker must be hung on a hi * that allows it to be used quickly and easily. Normally the height of the handle above the floor must be a maximum of 1.5 meters and the lower part of the container must be placed at least 1 dm above the floor. A larger slacker with more slack agent has a better effect and provides better protection. A larger slacker has a better mating rate of slack agent, which is an important factor for the success of slackening. It is often better to have a 12 kg slacker than two 6 kg. In certain environments where children, ages or disabled people can be expected to use the slacker, the weight of the fire slacker must be taken into account as the staff usually do not have the strength required to bring only a heavier slacker, which is a big problem.
The invention It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a simpler and improved solution with a device for heavier fire extinguishers which most people can easily use. The device consists of a fire extinguisher which is placed on a fire extinguisher trolley with wheels and hung on a cradle. When the fire extinguisher is to be used, the handle of the fire extinguisher trolley is pulled loose from a clamp in the cradle, after which the device is lowered to the floor with the help of the sea rod effect. This requires little effort and can be handled by all staff. The fire extinguisher trolley is then pulled to the fire hearth where the fire extinguisher can be used. Through this procedure, all users can produce a heavier fire extinguisher with more lubricant and a Nigro effect.
Description The device consists of a fire extinguisher which is placed on a fire extinguisher trolley with wheels and which is hung on a cradle. The suspension against the cradle is done with the help of the fire slack carriage's handle which gives a sea rod effect when it is turned up around a torque point after which the handle is snapped into a clamp that is mounted on the cradle.
The fire varnish trolley is built with a frame, which in its lower part is connected to a bottom plate, which in the rear edge is provided with wheels on each side. At the top of the frame there is a shaft. A sea arm is movably connected to the shaft where a center of rotation is formed. The fire varnish is placed on the base plate and attached to the frame with straps. The fire extinguisher trolley with the fire extinguisher is suspended on a cradle plate with hooks in its lower part and a clamp in its upper part. The sea arm is detached from the clamshell attachment in the cradle plate and turned down and out from the cradle plate arida until the fire extinguisher trolley with the fire extinguisher stands on the floor. The sea rod effect is good, only a small amount of power is needed to lower the fire extinguisher trolley with 3 fire extinguishers, which is why it can be handled by all personnel. Through this procedure, all users can get a heavier fire extinguisher with more extinguishing agent and a higher effect for the fire hardener. In the opposite way, the fire-fighting trolley can be lifted back onto the cradle plate with the help of the sea rod effect, with the help of the sea rod effect. Through this procedure, all users can handle a heavier fire extinguisher with more extinguishing agent and a higher effect. The areas of use are in connection with e.g. restaurants, catering, staff canteens and grocery stores as well as in nursing homes and daycare centers.
An embodiment of the invention is described in the following and is illustrated in the accompanying drawing, which according to Fig. 1 shows a sketch of a fire-fighting fire-mounted carriage which is suspended from the cradle.

The fire varnish trolley (1) is built with a vertical frame (2) which in its lower part is bent out to a bottom plate (14). The frame (2) is provided with wheels (3) on each side at the rear edge of the base plate (14). At the upper edge of the frame (2) a horizontal 4 axis (6) is attached. A rectangular sea arm (5) of tubes is placed over and on the inside connected in each end of the shaft (6) which there forms a center of rotation (4). The sea arm (5) has, from the center of rotation (4), a longer upper handle part (7), and a shorter lower suspension part (15). The fire varnish (10) is placed on the base plate (14) and attached to the frame (2) with a strap (9).
The fire extinguisher trolley (1) with the fire extinguisher (10) is suspended and rests with the shorter lower suspension part (15) on the hooks (11) of the cradle plate (8). The sea arm (5) is twisted around the center of rotation (4) and the longer upper handle part (7) is snapped into the clamp bracket (12) in the cradle plate (8).
Fire varnish trolley for hanging on a cradle according to figure 2 shows a sketch of a fire varnish trolley (1) fitted with a sea rod (5) where the longer upper handle part (7) of the sea rod (5) pulls away from the clamp bracket (12) in the cradle plate (8). The sea rod (5) is turned down around the center of rotation (4) and out from the cradle plate (8) according to the arrow (13) and the shorter lower suspension part (15) of the sea arm (5) rests on the hooks (11) of the cradle plate (8) until the fire truck ( 1) with the fire extinguisher (10) standing on the floor. ['Wetter the sea rod (5) is turned down so that the fire extinguisher trolley (1) can be hooked off from the hooks (11) to be pulled to the firebox where the fire extinguisher (10) is to be used. Due to the sea rod effect, only a small force is needed to lower the fire extinguisher trolley (1) with fire extinguisher (10), so that it can be handled by all personnel. Through this procedure, all users can obtain a heavier fire extinguisher (10) with more extinguishing agent and a higher power. Conversely, the fire extinguisher trolley (1) with fire extinguisher (10), with the help of the sea rod effect, can be lifted back onto the cradle plate (8) without much force.
Fire varnish trolley for hanging on a cradle according to figure 3 shows a sketch of a fire varnish trolley (1) provided with a sea rod (5) with a fire varnish (10) placed on the bottom plate (14) and fixed to the frame (2) with a strap (9). The fire extinguisher trolley (1) with fire extinguisher (10) is shown how it stands free on the floor after it has been taken down from the cradle. The cradle plate (8) is provided with hooks (11) for the shorter lower part (15) of the sea rod (5), and is also provided with a clamp (12) where the longer upper handle part (7) of the sea rod (5) is snapped.
Fire varnish trolley for hanging on a wall according to figure 4 shows a side view of a variant of a fire varnish trolley (23) with a fire varnisher (10) which is suspended on a cradle (17). The fire extinguisher trolley (23) is built with two vertical parallel pipes (22) which form a frame where they in the upper part are connected to each other with a pull handle (24), which is bent out to hold space with one hand. In the lower part the pipes (22) are connected to each other with a bottom plate (23). The base plate (23) is provided with wheels (16) on each side in its front edge. The bottom plate (23) is fixed in the lower spirit (19) of the parallel tubes (22), at the same height from the spirits of the tubes (22), as the radius of the wheels (16). This allows the fire truck (23) to stand straight on the floor (18). When the fire extinguisher trolley (23) is suspended against the cradle, the parallel tubes (22) stand in a suspension profile (20) which is fixed to the cradle (17) at a height above the floor, so that the parallel grooves (22) end up at least 10 centimeters across the floor. The parallel tubes (22) are in the upper part snapped into the clamping fastener (21) which is attached to the cradle (17). The fire extinguisher (10) is attached to the fire extinguisher trolley (23) with a strap (9).
Fire varnish trolley for hanging on a wall according to the figure shows a side view of a fire varnish trolley (23) which is lowered from the cradle (18). The fire extinguisher trolley (23) with its parallel tubes (22) has been detached from the clamping fasteners (21) whereby it can be turned down according to the arrow (25) so that the wheels (16) end up on the floor (18). The lower spirals (19) of the fire extinguisher trolley (23) parallel to the fire extinguisher (23) are now free from the suspension profile (20) and are drawn to the firebox where the fire extinguisher (10) is to be used. Due to the sea rod effect, only a small force is needed to lower the fire extinguisher trolley (23) with fire extinguisher (10), which is why it can be handled by all personnel. In this way, all users can produce a heavier fire extinguisher (10) with more extinguishing agent and a higher effect. Conversely, the fire-fighting trolley (23) can be lifted back against the cradle with the help of the sea rod effect without much force, with the help of the sea rod effect and snapped into the clamping fasteners (21). 6 A fire extinguisher trolley is suspended on a wall according to Figure 6 shows a perspective sketch of a fire extinguisher trolley (23) which is suspended on the wall and where the wheels (16) and thus also the fire extinguisher (10) end up at least centimeters above the floor.
The invention has been described in accordance with the preferred composition and design, and it is to be understood that certain substitutions and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit. In the embodiment now described, the frame and sea arm are built up with round grooves. Of course, these can be square or rectangular. The fire extinguisher trolley is parallel (Or can be telescopic, so that they can be pushed together or pulled out. Alternative designs with four wheels to ever under the base plate are also possible. as limited to what has been shown and described in the foregoing, but such variants are included in the inventive concept and may not be considered within the scope of the appended claims.
